Driving Enrollment with Smart Digital Strategy Faced with a tight one-week deadline, we launched a targeted landing page and Facebook ad campaign to help AZACS—Arizona’s first tuition-free, autism-focused public charter school—boost enrollment in its virtual learning programs. With limited brand awareness and a rapidly evolving education landscape due to the pandemic, our goal was clear: increase visibility, drive enrollment, and position AZACS as a trusted leader in online autism education.

Strategic, Multi-Channel & Always-On To raise awareness and drive results, we launched an integrated campaign combining a high-converting landing page with targeted Facebook ads. We amplified AZACS’s presence through Google Display and Instagram, while engaging audiences with dynamic social content—including animated webinar GIFs. Conversion-focused Google Search ads rounded out the strategy.

With multiple ad channels, consistent social media posts, informative webinars, and PR support, our always-on approach delivered sustained visibility and meaningful engagement throughout the campaign.

Our campaign delivered beyond expectations. AZACS not only hit their goal of enrolling 50 new students—they had to pause the campaign after just two months due to an overwhelming influx of leads. With over 80 qualified form submissions and a $66 cost per conversion, the Facebook and Instagram ads reached 51.6K users and generated 128.8K impressions. Google Ads brought in 1.6K clicks and 149K impressions, while the landing page saw 2.9K visits. The strong performance across all channels confirmed the success of our strategic, multi-channel approach.
